Once you have your map, you’ll see opportunities for alignment. Address these areas first. Track and use data to inform go-forward decisions. The work that remains might then be a candidate for automation. Don't keep repeating the same actions. If the work is redundant, then it is important to identify and optimize so that you are enabled to move towards more innovative work.

Streamlining might produce materials like a Governance Model, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), a Playbook or others.
