😂 JK, full transparency. Chantel is the Founder of Operationalize.Business™️. She has been Operationalizing Business processes since 2000. She has made a study and a career out of Business. She holds a Masters Degree in Business (MBA) from Pinchot, where the focus was on "Sustainable" business, which Chantel translated into self-sustaining business, because the time is now for business to utilize technology in support of efficient and streamlined operations.
Innovation cannot thrive where busy work presides.
She coupled her training in continuous process improvement practices such as Lean, Kata, Six Sigma, Agile and Scrum, to create effective workflows and manage progress. Incorporating Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
She has experience in high-tech, municipal, academic, non-profit, start-up, mid-market and corporate/fortune-100 settings. She has also spent time living and working in both Europe and Asia.
