Automate

Entire departments can now be automated, if not fully, then they can certainly be integrated or outsourced. In order to Operationalize™️, we begin with a map so that these opportunities become visually and readily apparent.

Not long ago, it was common practice to hire a person full-time for simple things like scheduling, note-taking or transcribing. Today, there are tools that manage all of that and more. This is a simple and tangible example, but many processes are able to be automated once they are optimized.

Automation does not need to be a huge investment; it all depends on your business needs. Oftentimes I recommend starting with tools you already have, which allows you to further streamline, integrate, and iterate until you can identify if more complex software is needed.

There are many opportunities to employ AI in the Automation phase, but it is important to fully outline the interconnected workflows and keep a close eye on what could develop into a bloated tech-stack.
